Hi, My Name Is Bria!

 

If we’ve never met before, I want to start by saying that I’m so glad you are here.

I get how frustrating it can be when you just want to see results in your body, or feel energized and light and 

like yourself again. 

When I first started working out and training other women in fitness and nutrition, I was in my late twenties and it was simple. Follow a workout program and a nutrition plan and get results. 

But my thirties brought a lot of change, motherhood, career growth, lack of sleep, managing all the parts of life and suddenly around 35, what was once simple, became very difficult. Fatigue, depletion, irregular periods, digestive issues, weight gain, cravings began to set in, and no matter how hard I worked out, or how diligent I was with nutrition, it all became impossible. Nothing was working. I remember feeling defeated…was this really how I was meant to feel the rest of my life? Was I just heading into the dark unknown of menopause? What was wrong with me? Why couldn’t I just push through? It began to take a toll on my happiness and confidence. 

Sure, 

I had HEAPS of experience as a fitness coach, personal trainer and nutrition and mindset coach.

I had already worked in the industry for over 10 years, taught nutrition and fitness and mindset to women of all fitness levels and dietary restrictions and busy lifestyles, and several certifications that I was always adding to my growth and skill set. 
 
But what I suddenly realized I didn’t have was knowledge of the female body and hormones specifically. I mean… was there a different way that women should move and learn their bodies and eat and rest than men or than what the industry was telling us? Did I really know what was happening in my OWN body as it reached the magical age of 35 and headed into perimenopause? Was I just supposed to accept that I would have hot flashes, moodiness, fatigue and extra belly fat because that is what everyone said would happen in menopause?

BUT JUST LIKE YOU, I HAD THIS FEELING THAT I WAS MISSING SOMETHING. 

A DESIRE TO KNOW WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING AND HOW TO LIVE THE NEXT CHAPTER OF MY LIFE FEELING AWESOME IN MY OWN SKIN. 

I dove into holistic living for women, took in all of the science and truths about hormones, learned what the body ‘whispered’ to us every day and knew it was my “calling” to feel amazing in my own body and spread that to all of the women who were coming to be with the same struggle. 

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED OVER MY ALMOST 12 YEARS IN THIS INDUSTRY.....

Most wellness programs, protocols and nutrition plans are designed for men, without taking into consideration the unique rhythm of the female hormone cycle. Women don’t achieve their goals or desires because after 35, the “move more, eat less” structure of most wellness plans no longer work leaving women stuck in a cycle of working harder and still not getting any results…or worse, finding themselves depleted, stuck and gaining weight.
