As women we are so used to doing everything for everyone else putting our family, our friends and our work before ourselves. Â
When I first started working with Bria I was exhausted, lacking the energy to make it through my day and there was no time for the things that brought me joy.
 Her gentle coaching helped me see that by working on a few tweaks to my day, I wasn’t taking away from my day, in fact these steps would give me more energy, time, and the strength to not only make it through my day but thrive throughout my day.
I like to think of my time with Bria as coming home. With her guidance and encouraging ways I have tapped back into my own knowing, learning to trust the cues my body is giving me. I am sleeping through the night and no longer walking up between 2 and 3 am. My clothing fits better and simple tasks like taking out the recycling no longer feel like a dreaded chore.

I worked with Bria for a 2 month coaching session. Throughout our meetings food, physical and mental well being was discussed. It’s different as a parent and wife to have an hour dedicated to you, asked about you and make a plan of action around you.
It’s a good check up to what I was doing that wasn’t working on my own to get advice from Bria to correct some of the small habits to make a big difference. Bria was available for any questions I had and always followed up immediately with a solution or idea.
To have someone hold you accountable and help you through the gray areas of peri- menopause was a huge relief. Within the first 4 days I felt a difference with small changes. It’s worth investing in yourself to make lasting changes to your physical changes but mostly your mental changes and habits.
I would highly recommend Bria, she has empathy and has walked the walk. I appreciated her honest feedback and kind but firm motivation. It’s worth the experience and I’m happy I found her podcast.
