Look I know that in midlife, your hormones can throw you for a loop and make you feel completely stuck. (Hello Perimenopause + Menopause.)

 

But I'd love to simplify it for you so that you can easily sleep well, have energy for the day, the libido that you want, and release weight or build muscle when you want to.

 

I got started in the world of female hormones at 37 when - after a 12 year career as a fitness and nutrition coach - I gained 15 lbs, woke up every night in a sweat, experienced anxiety and heavy periods for the first time in my life, and I had changed nothing with my workouts and nutrition. 

 

I knew something wasn’t right, even when my doctor said I was ‘the picture of health’ but I didn’t know where to turn or what to do.

 

So I started learning everything I could from everywhere I could, applying it, and figuring out what worked and what didn’t.

 

4 specializations, certifications and what felt like a hundred books and podcasts later,  I very quickly realized that the shifting of our hormones after 35 plays a MASSIVE role in how we feel in our body…and that calories in vs calories out does not apply to women when their hormones are imbalanced.

 

I started sleeping through the night again, started having regular periods, no longer needed a nap every afternoon and released 15lbs without working out.

 

From that point, I started sharing what I knew with others through The Period Whisperer Podcast, and any place I could.

 

And now I offer step by step guidance, functional hormone testing, self guided or with 1:1 coaching to women who are also struggling to feel like themselves in perimenopause and menopause, to help them relieve symptoms, correct imbalances and dysfunction and optimize their hormones so that they can get and maintain results without wasting time and energy.
