Cravings are your body’s way of telling you something… 🤔 …and sorry no…it’s likely not that you are craving chocolate bc you are low in magnesium… 👎🏻 I am going to keep it real with you sister bc that is the kind of coach that I am. 😘 Most women are not in tune enough with what their body’s are saying to them…that is why you are reading this post, bc your peri-menopause and menopause symptoms are SO bad now that you are desperate to do something about it. If you were in tune with your body, you would have heard her whispers if what she needs, YEARS ago….also you wouldn’t keep going back for the entire bag.🤷‍♀️ Don’t feel badly…I am also equally amazing at ignoring my body and what she needs….that is what caused my hormonal crisis a few years ago and set me on this path to healing myself and now helping YOU. 💥💃 ANY type of craving in the afternoon is almost certainly a carbohydrate, caffeine or alcohol craving…. …bc you are either looking for energy bc you are so depleted from living in a stressed out and hormonally imbalanced body that your body is desperate for some type of sustenance to keep going and carbs are the fastest way…hello cookies, chocolate, cakes, crackers, chips, fries, caffeine anything etc. Or …you are looking to numb an emotion you are wanting to avoid. How do you fix this?🤷‍♀️ Start looking to your basic health foundations to reduce the stress in your body and give her a break. 1. Sleep more or at least lay in your bed for 7-9 hours 2. Start each day with greens NEVER caffeine…and eat 3 whole meals 3. Move daily in a way that reduces stress NOT adds to it…think yoga, walking, dancing…NO HARD WORKOUTS 4. Orgasm…daily These 4 steps done daily for a week will practically eliminate afternoon cravings. You are welcome (especially for #4 wink)
